Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Elune Beauty. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time. During high-volume periods (such as holidays or sales launches), processing may take up to 5 business days.

2. Domestic and International Shipping Rates & Estimates

We ship worldwide. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Domestic / Regional Shipping: 3 to 7 business days.

  • International Shipping: 7 to 21 business days (depending on the destination country and customs clearance).

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or courier transit issues beyond our control.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24–48 hours.

You can track your package directly through our website or via the link provided in the email.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

Elune Beauty is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (including tariffs, taxes, VAT, and customs duties).

If a package is returned to us because the customer refused to pay local customs duties or taxes, the original shipping fee will not be refunded, and any return costs incurred will be deducted from your final refund.

5. Damages and Lost Packages

If you receive your order damaged, or if your package is lost in transit, please contact our support team immediately at elunebeautyofficial@gmail.com.

  • Damaged Items: Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods. Take clear photos of the damaged items and the box, and email them to us so we can file a claim with the carrier and send you a replacement promptly.

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received it, please check with your local post office or neighbors before contacting us.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to resend the package.
